we came to Outback about  18 months ago and met Denny. We told him from the start that we were only doing research at that time, and weren't in a position to buy. Knowing that didn't dampen his enthusiasm and he promptly asked us what we were looking for, and took us around to view the different makes and models. Being new to RVing we really didn't have a clue! Denny was really helpful in finding out what we needed and matching our requirements to the perfect camper. "Last summer we took a five-week vacation to visit family in Vancouver, and on Vancouver island, then on to Toronto. On our return, while traveling through Alberta, I checked my mirror and noticed smoke coming from what i thought was a flat tire. We pulled over on the side of the road to check and found that out=r problem was a burned wheel bearing. This would be a bad thing to happen at any time, let alone at two o'clock on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend. Although we have E.R.S. ( Emergency Roadside Service), in order to save time i decided to pull off the wheel to see if the axle would stay clear of the road. Fortunately we were on the freeway so we  proceeded slowly, without holding up traffic, hoping for the best. Luck was on our side. about one hour later, we found a repair shop before reaching Edmonton. We pulled into Outback RV in Sherwood Park, unsure of whether or not we would get our problem fixed before the weekend. A young gentleman came over to our 5th wheel and asked what he could do for us. I pointed to my axle and said that i lost a wheel bearing. He looked and said "give me a minute". He came back and took our unit around the back of the  shop. Within one hour, he had our problem fixed and we were on our way. The gentleman's name was Victor Da Silva and he is the owner of the business. While Victor was working on our unit, we found out that had delayed closing his shop to go for a weekend of four-wheeling in order to help us. If you are ever in the Edmonton area and require help with your unit, we highly recommend Outback RV for excellent service at a very reasonable price."

"My wife and i just finished taking a seven month trip, logged over 20 000 miles. We traveled from Alaska to as far south as Key West Florida and back  the southern route and up the west coast. We never had a problem with truck or camper on the entire trip. Due to some of the extreme weather and road conditions we encountered in that seven months i am really glad we had a Lance. it was proof to me that they are the best slide in camper made. We saw temperatures that ranged from subzero to the low 90s. We rode out tornado warnings, snow, sleet, extreme winds, and sunshine."
